Creator Platform Fees 2026: OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue and More

September 17, 2026

Creator platform fee comparison for $1,000 gross sales in 2026

Rates checked September 17, 2026. Platform policies, payment providers and regional availability can change.

OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, LoyalFans and the Passes Creators+ plan currently give creators the same headline share: 80% of fan payments. That means $1,000 in gross sales becomes $800 before income tax, currency conversion, withdrawal fees or chargebacks.

The 80/20 split does not make the platforms equal. Release holds, payout minimums, withdrawal fees, chargeback rules and discovery tools decide how quickly that $800 reaches you and how hard it is to earn.

Platform Creator share $1k gross $5k gross $10k gross Availability / payout point
OnlyFans 80% $800 $4,000 $8,000 Minimum depends on payout option; chargebacks may be deducted
Fansly 80% $800 $4,000 $8,000 Sales pending 7 days; request review usually within 48 hours; delivery often 1-3 business days
Fanvue 80% standard $800 $4,000 $8,000 $20 minimum in many regions; usually 3-5 business days; TripleA withdrawals carry 1%
LoyalFans 80% $800 $4,000 $8,000 Official creator page advertises 80%; published material says payouts twice monthly
Passes Creators+ 80% $800 $4,000 $8,000 $50 eligible balance; 2-5 business days free, faster payouts add 6.5%-10%

Worked examples apply only the headline platform share. Taxes, VAT treatment, refunds, chargebacks, exchange rates and payout-provider fees are excluded.

OnlyFans fees and payout risk

OnlyFans’ current terms state that its fee is 20% of each fan payment. The creator keeps 80%. The account balance must reach the minimum for the selected payout option before withdrawal. OnlyFans also says it may deduct the creator portion of a successful refund or chargeback.

That chargeback language matters. Gross revenue is not the same as settled income, and a creator should keep a cash buffer instead of treating every sale as immediately spendable.

Fansly fees and payout timing

Fansly’s official getting-started guide says creators receive 80% of revenue from subscriptions, sold media, messages and tips, with no hidden payout, processing or currency-conversion fee charged by Fansly.

Each sale remains pending for seven days. Most payout requests are reviewed within 48 hours; after approval, delivery is commonly one to three business days. Some methods can arrive within 24 hours. Minimums vary by method, and SEPA requests can begin at $20, with special handling below $50.

Fanvue fees and payout timing

Fanvue has moved creators from its former 85% promotional rate to a standard 80% earning rate. Its help center says creators generally need at least $20 available and five pieces of content before requesting a payout, though the threshold can vary by region. Payouts are normally sent in three to five business days.

Fanvue says TripleA is currently the only payout provider with a platform payout fee, at 1%. The fee is shown before confirmation and deducted from the withdrawal amount.

LoyalFans fees

LoyalFans’ official creator page advertises an 80% take-home share across purchases. Other official material describes payments twice per month. Creators should verify the available methods and current minimum inside their dashboard because the public payout page does not expose a clean country-by-country minimum table.

Passes Creators+ fees

The Passes Creators+ help page says Passes takes 20%, leaving 80%. Eligible payouts require at least $50. Standard two-to-five-business-day payouts have no speed fee, while a one-business-day payout adds 6.5% and an instant payout adds 10%, when those options are available.

That means a $1,000 gross month is $800 after the platform share, but only $720 if the creator then chooses a 10% instant-payout fee on the full eligible amount.

Take-home after payout fees (rechecked October 1, 2026)

The 80% share is only the first cut. I recomputed take-home for the two platforms whose public help pages list a fee that applies when you withdraw. The math uses the fee as stated on each page and applies it to the amount withdrawn. Figures exclude tax, currency conversion and chargebacks.

  • Fanvue, standard bank payout: $1,000 gross becomes $800, and $5,000 becomes $4,000. No Fanvue payout fee is listed for non-crypto methods. Fanvue payout fees page.
  • Fanvue via TripleA (crypto): the 1% fee comes off the $800, so you receive $792 on $1,000 gross, or $3,960 on $5,000.
  • Passes Creators+, standard 2-5 business days: 0% fee, so $800 on $1,000 gross and $4,000 on $5,000.
  • Passes Creators+, 1 business day (+6.5%): $748 on $1,000 gross, or $3,740 on $5,000. Passes payout help.
  • Passes Creators+, instant (+10%): $720 on $1,000 gross, or $3,600 on $5,000. That is $80 per $1,000 of gross sales spent on speed.

One timing detail from Fanvue’s creator terms: the standard pending period is seven days, and it can stretch to 28 days depending on verification and account activity (Fanvue creator earnings and payouts terms). Plan cash flow around the longer number if you are new or unverified. Fansly and OnlyFans figures above were not re-read today and still reflect the September 17 check.

Why the same 80% can produce different take-home pay

  • Chargebacks and refunds: policies decide whether settled creator earnings are reversed.
  • Release holds: a seven-day hold delays when money becomes withdrawable.
  • Payout fees: speed, cryptocurrency, wire or provider fees can reduce the final transfer.
  • Currency conversion: a bank or wallet may add its own spread or fee.
  • Taxes: the 80% is revenue before the creator’s tax obligations.
  • Discovery: keeping 80% of a larger audience can beat keeping a nominally higher share on a platform where nobody finds you.

Which platform should a creator choose?

  • Established audience: compare payout reliability, content rules and chargeback handling; discovery matters less.
  • New creator: compare internal discovery, promotion tools and buyer conversion before obsessing over a few fee points.
  • Cash-flow sensitive: model the release hold, request review and bank delivery together.
  • International creator: verify supported countries, currency conversion and the exact withdrawal provider first.

Methodology

We used official terms and help pages, not agency or affiliate estimates, for the main rate and payout facts. Dollar examples multiply gross sales by the documented creator share and exclude taxes and external fees. MYM remains “not verified” because its public English support pages did not give us a current, unambiguous headline share. We will not turn a third-party claim into a fact.
