Short answer: “leaked” OnlyFans content is stolen content. Sharing it breaks the platform’s terms and can break copyright and privacy law, and many “leak” links are bait for malware. This guide explains what the rules say, how creators get leaks removed and how to spot fake leak pages. We do not list or link to leaked material.
What the OnlyFans terms say
R.M. Warner Law quotes the OnlyFans terms and acceptable use policy: you must not reproduce, distribute, republish, download, store or transmit material from the site, except for browser caching and one copy of a reasonable number of pages for personal, non-commercial use. A user who posts content elsewhere loses the right to use the site and must return or destroy copies. Follower’s guide adds that fans pay for access on the platform and do not buy a license to republish it.
Legal exposure for sharing leaks
According to R.M. Warner Law’s 2020 article, sharing explicit images without the subject’s consent is covered by civil and criminal law in many places, and it cites a California misdemeanor with up to six months in jail and a fine up to $1,000 when images identifying the victim are distributed to cause harm. It also notes that not every US state has such a law, that there is no specific federal statute it could point to, and that creators may also have invasion-of-privacy and copyright claims. This is general information, not legal advice, and the law differs by state and country.
How creators get leaks removed
Follower’s guide (updated September 2026) explains the US notice-and-takedown route under section 512 of the Copyright Act. Creators can send a DMCA notice through a host’s copyright form or to its designated copyright agent. For material on OnlyFans itself, the route is the DMCA Takedown team in the Creator Center, and the Creator Center also points to support for reporting stolen content. Posting does not hand the copyright to OnlyFans, but OnlyFans has no obligation to send notices for creators.
- Save evidence first: URLs, screenshots and dates.
- Search your stage name and distinctive watermarks now and then, and use reverse image search on key stills.
- Send the notice to the service that hosts the file, not every CDN in the URL.
- Confirm you actually own the copyright before sending. Appearing in a photo is not the same as owning it.
Fake leak links are a risk for readers
Follower warns that fake “leak” links are common bait to push malware or phishing, and advises not logging into anything from those pages. PeachRadar’s scam guide says the same about “unlock” tools that claim to open paid posts for free: they exist to steal logins or install malware. If you want creator content, pay the creator on onlyfans.com or use a free trial they offer.

FAQ
Is it illegal to view leaked OnlyFans content?
Rules differ by place and by what is shared and how. Distributing it is the clearer risk, and it breaks the platform terms. Viewing also feeds the market for stolen work and often leads to malware pages.
Can a creator get leaked content taken down?
Often yes, through a DMCA notice to the host or through OnlyFans’ Creator Center, though speed varies by site.
